I completed my 12th science in 2018 from state board and have done one year computer course. I gave my ielts in june 2019 and scored 7 bands no less then 6. Got offer letter from university of regina in computer science and engineering but my visa was rejected once.
In 12 my overall percentage was 49
Maths 46
Chemistry 31+2 marks grace
And 64 in physics
Computer 49 marks
So can i get my visa second time i i apply in bsc physics????
Are there chances to get visa

First reason says i will not return to my native country second says my course is irrelevant on the basis of my previous studies, language abilities, nd finance as well as future plans, level of establishment
My consultant told me not to show any financial document so i haven't kept any itr copy

You can certainly try but I don’t think your marks are strong enough for any bachelors degree. I would order CAIPS to get a more detailed reason you were refused. Would encourage you to do your bachelors degree at home and raise your marks. Apply for a Post graduate diploma or masters in Canada after that.
