After moving to india, do we have to work there? If yes, for how many months?
Im planning to go back to my previous empolyer back in India.... What do you suggest?

Yes, of course you have to work there for 2-3 years. Start building your professional career.
And only then you could be able to convince Visa Office why education in Canada could help you in your career in India better than further education in India. Even more : you should explore your options in other countries (UK, US, Australia, and Canada) and convince Visa Office why in Canada it is better fro you. (Financial reason could be also taken into consideration, like it is cheaper for you family in Canada to pay your tuition in Canada than tuition AND living expense in UK/USA/Australia)
However, your family in Canada will be always a last reason to reject your application.
What other relatives you have in India? Mother, other siblings? Who could overweight your father and brother in Canada as family ties ?
By the way, how come they are in Canada and you are not? How did they get to Canada? Together? Or father first and brother later through education in Canada? Of brother came first and sponsored your father (gathering family into Canada). How long have been they living in Canada (the longer the better)
You do not need to tell your story here on the public forum but just think why the history of your relatives' immigration to Canada could make Visa Office suspicious about your true intentions.

Thinking that the VO would believe you just by writing "I will go back to India" on your SOP is very insulting to the VO.
They don't just arbitrarily sent your study visa. They look at ALL the evidence provided on your application. If you provide no evidence, how can they make a good decision?
If you think they wrongly refuse you even after reviewing your application, then file a lawsuit on the VO.

No, that's just standard template sent by IRCC in relation to that subsection. In this case, only the portion about ties in CoR relates to OP's case..
