Student Visa online Updates have removed Upfront Medical Report Upload Option

Hi Friends,

I am trying to place my Application online and the Upfront Medical Report option is no more visible in the upload section.

I have reviewed the Q&A many times but the option has been removed.

Please update me on the latest changes or if someone facing the same issue?
