Student Visa & Name Change

Hello All,
I have applied for a student visa to a private college. But formerly i have changed my name officially and i have attached all the necessary court name change approval documents along with my credentials. But I was worried if this name change would affect my acceptance. If anyone has any idea over this matter, i would be glad to listen. Thanks in advance.

Name change aside you do realise that attending a private college probably means that you will not qualify for a PGWP once you graduate given PGWPs are rarely if ever granted for students attending private colleges, only public colleges
