Hello sir
I have got admit for masters program fall 2019
in my offer letter my surname is printed with my name and also after my middle name I mean

Name surname middlename surname

Is this fine for filling visa
The spellings are correct though
Thanks

To be sure I would ask them for another letter quoting your surname and firstname (I assume that's what you mean by middle name) only. This is only my opinion though. It should generally look the same as your passport.

It’s like

My name my surname dads name my surname

So the surname after my name is there
All spellings are correct
Is that okay ?

Is your full name on offer letter looking like your full name on your passport?

Sir
My name on passport is
First name : my name
Last name : my surname
Sir for example

name on passport: Raj
surname on passport: shah
Fathers name / middle name on passport: Kiran

Things printed on offer letter is like
Raj shah Kiran shah
So the shah next to my name is the thing

What do you mean "Father's name/Middle Name" on passport? There's no middle name field on an Indian passport

I'm assuming you're Indian - an Indian passport has two name fields

Surname -
Given Name -

Does your passport say

Surname - Shah
Given Name - Raj

or does it say

Surname - Shah
Given Name - Raj Kiran

?

If it's the former (Raj Shah), your offer letter should say "Raj Shah". If it's the latter "Raj Kiran Shah", your offer letter should say "Raj Kiran Shah"

Sir
The passport says
Name :raj
Surname: shah
But on offer letter as university asked for middle name / fathers name during application so according to that
So know
On offer letter it is raj shah Kiran shah
So it’s fine ?
Thanks

No. Ask for an offer letter that has the exact same name as what’s on your passport.
