Hello,
I am from India and I would like to know something.
I want to go into Computer Science but I havent taken it in high school. So even if I receive an offer letter, will this pose a problem during Visa? That I dont have a computer science subject yet I wanna pursue it?
Is my application more prone to being rejected?

Hi.
What is your profile?
It will all depend on your Academic scores.

It will all depend on your Academic scores.
I do the IB (International Baccalaureate) and my final results will only come out on June 6th.
My results for grade 11 were overall 31 points out of 42.

If you score very well in Maths you might have a good chance of getting SP to study Computers. Otherwise don't take a chance, especially if you are applying for a Diploma.

if you apply for computer science, you will get refused as you don't even have the subjects that qualifies you for it, go for something related to your previous course or work experience

Even if I'm genuinely interested and explain it elaborately on the Letter of Intent?
Also it was a school problem for me not being able to take the subject in high school, the teacher kept getting changed and there was no one to teach the subject for the first 2 or 3 months

See, the mood and views of these VOs are different, you were suppose to get these subjects that qualifies you in a previous field or studies or similarly close to your work experiences that's why a previous academic certificates(result sheets) and transcripts are required

..but you can still try to explain yourself clearly in your SOP, MAYBE it might fall through

Why do we need 'consultants'?
Are we not educated enough to do our own research?
Consultants/agents have the access to the same information which is available on the websites of Institutions and Canadian High Commission.
Please do your own research on the information and stop wasting money.
It's my personal view....rest, everyone is free to do their own thing.

Yeah off course,

Totally Agreed,
if somebody has no knowledge regarding study visa and all stuff , then we have right to share best adviser or consultants with them . it's depend on their willing . that's all .
