Student visa help about police reports

HI all.!! I am planing to get my student visa for my higher studies in 2013 intake but mean time I have a doubt on my mind whether that i can get visa for Canada ??.. so here is the problem when we talk about police reports i am not convicted any criminal case at the court (or any fine ) .

but i had some memories that i had been called on police station actually to Public Affairs Department
because one man put a complained about me. (that i had threatened to him) ,,, so he put a complained at the division of Public Affairs Department and they asked me about some specific things and wrote my name and national id card number on their books and after that case was closed . that's all happened on that day ( this scene was happened on 2010)

so can this incident go disadvantage for me ???
pl help me guys.

In the case of police certification you just need a police character certificate CHC just want this certificate if you have it then forger other metter and if you are good in the eyes of public police then you should not any tentio about POLICE CHARACTER CERTIFICATE.

can you please explain little bit more by the way still i haven't got my police report .

simply, go to public police office and they will tell the procedure to make a police character certificate.
