I wont comment on SOP but i can tell u one thing, by sharing ur sop publicly, u r allowing everyone to copy it and re-use it. Now i would highly suggest u make it a bit more polite, make few changes and re-apply. Just explain the reason of refusal with respect, do not try to challenge VO. Just go with the flow more politely.

Hello every one,

i have already got the offer letter from lambton PG hotel management and going to apply very soon.
i would like to know that my father is sponsoring my tuition fee. whereas my aunt in Canada is sponsoring for my
boarding and lodging.

- i have seen some where on this forum that i should provide FRC AND BIRTH CERTIFICATES of
both the sponsors. which in the case of my father i can provide but i cannot provide the FRC for my aunt whereas
i can attach her birth certificate and matriculation certificate. would it be enough??

- i am going to attach the propert papers and documents from the business of my aunt. she cannot provide me any
bank statement since the money is not sufficient in their bank account. there taxes and house mortgage is very high that
the visa officer will vlearly get the idea that they have high earnings. would it be satisfying??

kindly if anyone can inform me on the subject and what documents i should provide else from the sponsors??

regards

can you break down your Ielts score?

but i don't think your language ability is the problem because the reason they mentioned ".Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of:your qualification, previous studies, employment, level of establishment."

is mainly they're not satisfied with your course,

Either ask for CAIPS notes,if you have time or you can change the course or if you're happy with your course. SOP might help you alot.

You can learn about SOP on this forum, check out the posts you'll find the link and senior member will help you alot on this.

Good luck :)

when i applied for second time I kept SOP along with it by defining the course then also it got rejected.... so now i m changing the course and reapplying i just want a suggestion what is better to take pg course or diploma as i have got rejection twice on pg course as mentioned above...
as i have hear that in university for pg course they require 7.0 bands so some visa officer d0n0t bother to check weather it is a college course or university they straight away reject the file by seeing 6.5 or less than 7 bands for pg course.....

if you've rejected for the second time, then your VO is not satisfied with your course. You should definitely change your course and it should be progression to your studies i.e if you're b.tech then go for PG diploma or masters in university. if you'll go to diploma (undergraduate) then you have a high chances they'll reject your visa again. They'll reject you by the reason you'll not leave country at the end of the course. So PG diploma or masters are good to go.

Other thing, the fast track courses of centennial college got so much rejection, for your information these fast track courses are not PG diploma but undergraduate. It was also my illusion but then I checked it out. It may be written we can do after b.tech but believe me they fall under the undergraduate course so you can see your rejection from here. So its better to change your course to the actually PG diploma.

Moreover, you're eligible for the PG course in the college. Some universities give admission over 6.5 bands too. So if you're carrying the minimum requirement of IELTS. you don't need to worry :)

you can check your course at:

Ontariocolleges.ca

http://search.geebeeworld.com/

these will help you.

Good luck :)
