Student Visa for University Category

I will be applying for student visa this month for University category. I have the sufficient funds for the tuition and living expenses. I have also taken education loan of 13500 CAD. Do I still need to purchase a GIC worth 10000 CAD or the education loan is sufficient ? Thank you.

The program duration is 2 years and the total tuition for the 2 years is 10788 CAD.

If ur loan+ cash can be equal to or more than 41,576 dollars ur safe then .

better to show 42 if possible.
