Student Visa for Spouse of Temporary Foreign Worker

Could you please let me know if it is possible to get the student visa for the spouse of a foreign worker.

Yes - the spouse can certainly apply.

They would follow the normal study permit application process. First apply and be accepted by a school - and then apply for a study permit. To be approved, the spouse will have to demonstrate that they have strong ties to their home country and have no plans on remaining long term. This will be more difficult to do with a spouse already in Canada and working.
