Student Visa for September 2013 Intake

Hi folks............... I have admission from University of New Brunswick in MSc Computer Science for September 2013 intake.... I have came to know that the following documents are required for Student Visa-----
Apply for the Guaranteed Investment Certificate (GIC)
Pay one semester's/ one year's tuition fee
Take the medical test, by calling up the doctor and fixing an appointment.
Acceptance Letter from University
Letter from current employer
The main visa form is to be filled online.

I have got inquires for the above mentioned points...
Do I have to provide any other documents for finance or GIC Certificate of 10000 Canadian dollar and one year tuition fees receipt is enough for the visa.
I also want to inquire about New Brunswick.... How is that state for living...
Please reply guys because I need to arrange my documents ASAP as the time left is very less....

vicky as per guidelines you dont need anything else but to make your case strong provide below:-
a) Loan sanction letter ( which can be shown as a source of money for next year expenses)
b) your sponsor ITR's and bank statement showing some funds in the bank accounts.

I am not aware of the city so cant comments
