Student Visa Chance for post baccalaureate diploma.

Hello Friends,

I have heard about post baccalaureate diplomas that many students who applied for diploma programs (two years) got rejected by Visa officer for september intake.

All those who rejected have strong profiles and have sufficent funds avaible.

Is Diploma degree is the reason or its just a humor? Please post your views.
