Student Visa and Spousal Open Work Permit

Hi,
Can you help me, I am going to get married in Nov 2020, I have enrolled for Jan 2021 Intake for a PGDM Course in Lambton College. Should I defer my intake? Get married and then Apply for my and my wife together?
- or
2) Defer my Study intake to May 2021, go there study for 2 semesters and then apply for her open work permit.

Should I apply for the student Visa after my Marriage?
What would be the best case scenario for me?

i hope someone can answer my question in details, thank you in advance. I'm a wife. we are applying to Canada for their AIPP program, and I will be the principal to our application. My question is how many police clearance certificate should we submit, for we are working in several countries, first we are working in Taiwan for 5 years after that we transfer to middle east which Qatar and UAE country to work as well. so all in all we've been 3 countries as a workers, so how many police clearance should we secure. hopefully someone can answer this. thank you
