Student Questionare Form Help

Hello. The Form asks for details of your primary sponsors. Information like Net Income, Primary source of Income is asked. I'm just 19 and I'm financing my studys through the sale of one of my propertys inherited from my dead father. My mother is not supporting me financially so how do I proceed with this form? Help Please.

Thats an interesting case!

if you look at the student questioner you will find that you can sponsor your studies yourself.
there is no mandatory requirement of another sponsor though more number of sponsors will be making your application stronger.

You will have to show sufficient funds for yourself as a job or income from Fixed bank deposits, investments rents property ans so on
Income from land sale cannot be shown as it is! as that's not monthly recurring income ( which actually is the point the VO needs)
More over you will have a very weak file in the point of home land ties - ie, it will be difficult to prove you will leave canada after ur studies
