Hello, i recieved a refuse letter to my mail, i am morroccan living in turkey every year i renew residence for 1 year thats my immigranr status and my programmes fee is 10k cad i showed 30k cad for 1.5 year what should i do?
Can i apply from morroco, show my ties in there my fathers property and increase fees

Usually you don’t start a new thread. Maybe state that it is also a private DLI that doesn’t give a PGWP. Already told you that you can apply from Morocco but ties are not your father’s properties. Apply to public DLI.
