Student Permit in Canada and SOWP in Philippines

Hi. I hope I can get an answers. My husband just received a refusal from his AINP applications and due to pandemic he could'nt find LMIA, that is why he is about to process his Mechanic Student permit. I wanted to ask what are the chances we can get approved both his student permit and may SOWP in philippines? I am here residing in philippines with my daughter. Please enlighten me. Thank you.

So he has a study permit then? Put in an application for a SOWP.

Yes he will apply for my sowp, but I was worried coz I am jobless for almost 2 years here in Philippines, Does it affect my sowp? But I can show my bank statement that I have income before I worked. What would you suggest? Thank you for answering.

Well you need to show the funds in your spouse’s or your bank account. If he has a study permit, he had to show the funds so add another $4-6k. You show funds over the past 4 months. Past income from 2 years ago is not considered.
