No, it is not info added by edit. That said, for anyone who is interested, my daughter is now in Toronto and studying although she arrived one week late, and we were put to thousands of dollars of unnecessary expense as a result of the way her application was handled. As a lawyer who graduated from Osgood Hall some 35 years ago, I am surprised that some people commenting here seem not to understand that it is highly improper and probably unlawful for Immigration to pressure anyone to give up their citizenship rights and that current policy for dealing with visa applications by presumptive citizens and Indonesians more generally is extremely discriminatory.
