I'm having problem with late passport issuance. I won't be able to give IELTS before October.

My Profile:

10th: 88.92%
12th: 68.96%
B.E.(Mechanical): 69.1%
GATE Score: 696/1000 (AIR 1909)

What are my chances??
Can I get a conditional admission despite the fact that I won't be able to submit my IELTS Score before November....????

you cannot apply for jan intake becoz November will be 2 late.

FEELING SAD TO SAY THAT MY VISA IS ALSO REJECCTED UNDER SPP. APPLIED ON 23/7/2014 GOT REJECTION ON 6/08/2014. REASON THEY STATED--
YOU ARE FAILED TO SATISFY VO THAT U VL LEAVE CANADA AFTER YOUR STUDIES.
AND
YOUR PROPOSED STUDIES AARE NOT IN REASONABLE IN---LEVEL OF ESTABLISHMENT, YOUR PREVIOS STUDIES,GAPS IN STUDIES ETC..

so I think concordia , windsor can be your safe universities.
but u can try 1 top university like sfu.

A professor from university of saskatchewan is ready to supervise me for the MASc program, does that guarantee my admission.

same here.dont loose hope as they check the file by the carelessness.you should apply again with suitable sop.they also reject my case proposed studies are not reasonable in light with academic results"
