Please advise how should i send my Study Permit App.

Either Hand Written or Printed from.

dear both are acceptable.... a neat and clean hand written or printed...

but it is preferable to fill it via ur computer and print it out..... as u will find the correct formats of dates and answers in the form..

and the other is Supplementary Form
