Stuck with criminality in process

Medical passed: March 13, 2020
Biometrics was done on Oct 13, 2020

Eligibility: Passed
Security: Valid
Biometrics and Infosharing: Completed

But Criminality is pending still. Anybody in the same boat?

yes..even my AOR is March19, 2020. Criminality check is pending from October
