Sorry, just realize I asked you about timeline before. I also emailed CPC Ottawa three weeks ago and submit a web form asking visa office & app status two days ago. There is still no response to me. How soon did.you get a reply after sending email to CPC Ottawa?AOR - Nov 29

Hi, I live outside Canada, what number should I call? and what is your adr for and how long it takes from submition date to NA in your case?
It took to me from feb 22th until today
the number is: +1 613 944 4000 use skype, wait for 40 min aprox, after you check your status. Good luck!
May I ask when did you upload the ADR and when did the ADR status change to "reviewing"?Well good news here,
ADR is Not applicable now.

I had two ADR, PCC + travel history, 13th and 15th of feb, uploaded Travel history the 14th feb, and the PCC the 22th of feb.
Changed to "reviewing" inmediately, and the 27th of feb changed the wording.

I'm ip2 February 27, and ADR "we are revewing the additional documents..."
I called cic three weeks ago and they told me that they are processing my eligibility,criminality and security.
I called last week and they told me the still processing the security and the eligibility and criminality passed
I guess I'll call them next week to see if everything is good.
I feel that ADR "we are reviewing the additional documents ..." means that they are working in your file.
