- Letter of enrollment
- Good grades and standing
- Letter of your supervisor/tutor stating engagement on research.
- Letter of leave, stating when courses begin and your expected day back.

Many things. Depends on a case to case basis.

Investments, loans, mortgages, job, long term contracts, leases, etc.

Assets of your parents in terms of the house in which you are currently staying (owned by them) can be additional supportive document to prove your ties.

Not likely.

How can a house owned by a third party can be considered a tie for you? Unless the mortgage is shared or there is a lease, this would not work.

Property owed by parents only help if they r sponsoring you for student visa. Showing that they have enough money and assets for u to go school. Concept here in canada is home owned by ur parents is not urs.

Indicates that student is residing in the property owned by his parents -indirectly he is dependent on his parents for accommodation which shows strong ties of him returning back.

Considering the fact he is student - he doesn't earn enough to stay independently and therefore has to stay in the property owned by his parents.

There is no such thing as "indirectly", either you are (and you prove it) or you are not.

Considering the fact he is student - he doesn't earn enough to stay independently and therefore he is travelling to find a job and work illegaly.

TRVs are issued to nationals of countries that CANNOT BE TRUSTED. This means everyone in that country wants to immigrate illegally until proven otherwise. It is your duty to prove otherwise.
