Steps to apply for CEC

Dear all,
I am 35 years old who has a Master degree from a university is located in Ontario. I have almost 1-year full-time experience in Ontario, and it’s under NOC-B category. As well, I live in Ontario and I do have a Graduate Work Permit for 3 years; lastly, my GT-IELTS score is:

Writing: 5.5
Reading: 5.5
Listening: 5.5
Speaking: 6.5

My score now in EE is 382. Could I apply for CEC by this score and I’ll get ITA

Please advise?

The golden IELTS score everyone strives or desires to get is 8777 as it boosts your score at its best.

Listening: 8
Reading: 7
Writing: 7
Speaking: 7

The current cut- off for the draw is sitting @ 445. You need to prepare and give IELTS exam again. Re-evaluate your CRS points with good score; you will see the magical difference.
