Step Wise Procedures of Attestation For WES of Metric, Inter & HEC

Dear Friends,

I need some help to clarify the Document attestation. I had all my documents attested by HEC back in 2010.i.e Master, BSC, FSC Matric. What steps now I should follow to meet the requirements for WES. do I need to apply again in HEC or simply ask them for the envelops. Please guide me

Please make sure, Photostat should have its own original attestation

You cant do the photocopies of the original document attested by HEC

Hello everyone!! Please could you help me?

My application was received JUly, 24th 2014. But unfortunately, I just realised I might have sent the Duplicate WES assessment certificate, for clarity, i did not photocopy the document rather I ordered for duplicate which I am thinking I had sent, I did not see any difference among the documents but my attention was drawn to this fact when some one recently posted that he got his application back due to sending 'wes assessment duplicate' instead of the original. i never knew they were different, all looked the same

please what should I do right now? I tried as much as possible to do every thing right, but this makes me feel really bad. I will appreciate your advice

Brother, if same Happens in your case which has more chances as they need original

then u have to wait till ur application get returned,

Re-aaply after returned or prepare for another

i wantd to know that iam sending Bcom from GNDU amritsar transcripts for assessment. ???
so
1) which org to chooses.. WES or CES or any other...... suggest me which will do assesmt early and in fast way ///

2) i wanted to know that whre to get referance no of wes application form and also should that application form of wes be enclosed in envelope of sealed trascripts of uni or in that envelope contain xerox of my marksheet ???

3) any other advice.. if i left something which is to be done for assessment

Please check their website, for their for there timings, i guess WES working more fast, its 20 business days
if u will apply online, you will get reference number

Do you mean you have attested copies of your documents from HEC?

If yes, verify your attestation result from HEC. The stamps they put on.

I would advise go for fresh assessment as they might object 4 years back attestation. Avoid risk. As that will increase delay and money loss.

1. Does WES require SSC (Metric) documents photocopies or only HSC (Inter) documents are enough?

2. Do you have somebody in board(s) to help me out in attestation & sending document to WES in way that is faster?

For Pakistan ( SSC Certificate+Marksheet, HSC Certificate + Marksheet, HEC Attested Degree+Certificate for Bachelors/Masters/pHD) is required.

There is no faster way.
4 to 5 days Matric + 3 Day DHL (Matric Board people will cooperate with you to send your package to WES) they will not give you envelope and send by themselves.
8 to 10 days for Inter + 3 Day DHL (You need to request Room no 14 people to send your DHL, YES YOU NEED TO if you want something faster, otherwise they do Pakistan Post and your package is lost forever)

Yes it is mandatory.
When you will go to Matric Board and Room No. 22, Mr Noman will guide you for WES attestation and from same room, you will get attested/verified Documents. They will also show you Academic Transcript Request Form signed by Head.
Make sure when you go to Board Office, you have printed Academic Transcript Request Form with you.

InterBoard People will not show you that Academic Transcript Request Form after attestation/verification, for unknown reasons . So you will have to bear that. Same happened with me But Alhamdulillah Alhamdulillah, ALLAH blessed me with ECA.

I also done IBCC, but later on I got to know, it's not required by WES but it's good to have IBCC attestation for jobs in Middle east etc [But for WES No]

I am an Electrical Engineer & have applied for WES ECA for which HSC/SSC certificates are still to be sent.

I have booked my IELTS on November 1, 2014 side by side collecting other documents as well. I thought it may be upto amid december that I can be able to forward my application.

1. Does anybody have an idea regarding CAP applications to guide me whether should i still try for FSWP or not?

2. One more big problem for me is Job reference letter (JRL), I have worked as Gradute trainee engineer (1 year) at a fertilizer plant. Upon requesting JRL, they have provided me letter in which there is my design., duration, no. of hours, slay monthly is given & against duties they have written the deptt name in which i was posted.
Is this enough as JRL?

3. Another thing, I resigned from that company after joining the next one. It is like 4 to 5 days overlap does it matter?

4. From current employer, I am still thinking how to get JRL with duties mentioned. Is there other document like simple expe. certificate in the name of CIC. Whereas all other necessary docs. are availale with me.
