Step Wise Procedures of Attestation For WES of Metric, Inter & HEC

I have not yet received, there was a miss-understanding on CES side when they started assessment, i email them explaining the issue and hopefully it has resolved as there was no more email after exchanging two emails with them.
Almost 2 weeks ago they received all my documents, last week they charged my credit card and this week i think they started the real assessment but was delayed due to the issues in documents clarification.
As I mentioned, i used credit card, there was also some issue while they tried to charge the credit card, as you might now for internet transaction we have to activate internet session by calling our bank, my card was not activate when they tried to charge so the transaction declined, they emailed me and i called to bank to activate then i called back to CES to charge my card now and they did that.
So if you are also going to use the credit card then let them know to call you or email you before making transaction so you can call to your bank. for this you can write instructions on any simple paper and put that with your application form

Hi ibabur, Did you get your ECA report done from CES and how long did it take. How did you make the payment through credit card or demand draft.

Thanks ibabur, I don't have a credit card. Do you think DD will be OK for payment purpose.

My Bachelor degree is in laminated form whereas my Masters degree is without lamination and I got attestation on the backside of my Masters degree only few years back and now I am confused how to get attestation on my Bachelors degree from HEC.

Did you send original documents to CES and through which courier service.

Go for CES. They don't require documents to be attested by HEC. Instead, you just ask your university to send them verified copies and done.

I got the email reply from CES regarding the above issue. I just cop & paste it here:

SPECIAL NOTE:
Normally, CES requires official transcripts (originals or verified copies) be sent to us directly by the issuing university in addition to the copies submitted by the applicant.

In the case of Pakistan, we can accept documents attested by the HEC (Higher Education Commission) as official, as long as they are sealed in an official envelope.

This envelope can be mailed either directly to us by the HEC or by the client.

You can use Bank Draft, no idea about Dircet Deposit, but i dont think they will accept that. check their web for that.
For CES, you dont need HEC attestation so a verified copy from university sealed in university envelope is enough.
Don't send originals as they mentioned that they will not return original if you send them, just copies.
I used DHL for sending my application form and colored copes and used TCS to send university sealed envelope, both delivered in 4 days.

Just latest valid passport(not expired).

For CES, do we require two envelopes? One from university and other from applicant? What are required documents from university? Kindly reply...if possible do tell the whole procedure as I am a newbie

How did you get your documents attested from HEC (personally or trough OCS). Any one knows about degree attestation through OCS. How long does it take?????

For all those who haven't started their credential assessment yet, I recommend CES. I received my ECA from CES on 7th june. It took them just under a month (almost 3 weeks) to complete my assessment. All my documents were received before 10th may.
The procedure is also easy for Pakistani applicants, as compared to WES! Hope that helps. Good Luck.
