Can anyone share his / her experience of getting degrees attested from HEC regional office in Lahore? Is the process same or any difference? Do I need to go early morning like 6am or is it ok to go on time between 8am to 9am.

i am worried please help. today my WES status shows "not acceptable resend documents according to WES requirement" however i sent my university degree + marksheet attested and sealed by HEC. i dont know what is lacking and what to send again to avoid same mistake. I also sent my ACMA degree equivalence certificate (equivalent to MCOM) duly attested by HEC along with graduation documents....where could be the mistake .... i hv e mailed them but expecting the same standard reply ...go to required documents section

any body reply please....wes request form adress now appears changed to USA...when i applied it was canada

Yes they have changed criteria this year

Guys I did my ECA in 2013 and only submitted University digree and Transcript attested from HEC in sealed envelope.
And got WES equivalency in 7 days.

But I can see some changes in documents requirement on their website as I was doing registration for my brother.

According to my knowledge there is no difference in terms of acceptance in Canada, just depends upon where required, for FSWP both are equally acceptable

Colored copies are for CES, not for WES.

For WES, the request form is for BISE, its optional for university. You dont need to type in university area (even written on form), uni/board will fill this by hand

Its not mentioned on WES website to send colored photocopies..they only said to send photocopies...again something confusing...and one more thing there is a transcript form which university needs to fill to issue transcript and it is some new kind of PDF format where i typed my side and when i go to the side where the university needs to type its not working..i am not able to type there..and its clearly mentioned there to print or type the name...what is all this...

Thats incorrect for Pakistan, many of us has read the requirements in very details, i just read that again and could not find this anywhere.
May be you are looking for some other country. Also many people has received emails from WES to provide HSSC certificate sent by Board

And one more thing its clearly mentioned on the site that if a person has done one or more years of post graduation than they dont need to send secondary school certificates at all...but people are sending..i am confused again..

You need to go early morning, for me, i went on 4AM but there were already 20 people standing there.
From Lahore regional office you will not get in one day, after submission they will give you a date and time to collect documents, it can be from 3 days to 5 days later, in my case it was 3 days later.
Rest procedure is same as Head office.

Just for your info, Lahore office only attests 50 in a day, 40 for male applicants and 10 female.

You need to go early morning, for me, i went on 4AM but there were already 20 people standing there.

Thanks ibabur... then its not possible for me to get my Bachelors degree attested from Lahore. I am planning to get my ECA from CES so if my knowledge is correct here is what i need to do:

Step 1:
Color copy of Passport + Color copies from back & front (both Degree + Transcrip) and Application form with payment. This package needs to be sent to CES first.

Step 2:
Go to my university and ask them to put their stamp on Color copies of both Degree + Transcript then put it in their envolop and seal it. Then I courier this package to them but from University Address.

Is this right? Please comment. Also tell me have you sent your documents to CES? what is their response time?

Thanks Ibabur...bhai bohot confusing hai sab even time is running...does anyone of you knows about IELTS..i mean what ielts exam and there is one more thing english as a first language and english as a second language..this is what one needs to fill in ielts exam..does anyone had given ielts for immigration before..please guide if yes..

university sent items not needed to be color copies, rest understanding is correct.

Can you please clear your question about first and second language? For Paksitanis, English is 2nd language as we are not native english speakers

Want to add a bit in ibabur answer, 2nd langauge as per cic is french..if u know french then u gain the points of that as well,otherwise sit for IELTS general exam and gain at least 6 bands in each module
