step son on form 5406e

I am a Canadian citizen sponsoring my wife from India. She has a son who is a Canadian citizen, from her previous marriage.
form 5406e says that even I have to fill it out. my confusion is should I mention my stepson in the additional family member section?

the child who is a Canadian citizen should be included in imm5406.......imm5406 is the only spousal sponsorship form the Canadian citizen child should on.....the PA must declare family members.
