Hi I have completed my 2 year diploma in computer programming and have job with NOC code 21230 as computer programmer, TEER 1, But i have read that to be eligible for STEM you should have a bachleor's degree, so that means i cant apply for PR in STEM? , what can i do to get PR ASAP

I wouldn't count on the STEM draws. They may be dead in the water and you probably won't score enough points to be selected without a degree. How many points do you have under EE? What province are you working in?

I am in ontario, my score come to 434 , i have experience of 1 year what should i do I am a computer programmer with a job with 2 year diploma , what would be the best way to get PR

This is too low for STEM. And we don't even know there are going to be any further draws.

I would recommend you start learning French asap. Your score is low so there may not be an easy or fast path to PR.

See if your employer is willing to complete the paperwork for OINP.
