I moved with my family (wife, son & daughter) to BC, Canada last July 27, 2017. Me, my wife & son have PR valid until 2019. But my 3 yr old daughter does not have PR status so moved on visit VISA along with us, which is valid until Dec 2018 with multiple entry.
In the mean time last November 2017 I have applied for her sponsorship as an inland family applicant. we haven't heard anything up to now from CIC for this application.
My question is my daughter's stay with us in Canada is now nearing the 6 month long one time stay on a visit visa. Can I extend her one time stay from beyond 6 months, if so how can it be done. Otherwise we have to travel back to our country just for my daughters VISA purpose which is costly.
Any advise would be helpful.
