Perhaps try asking your question not in text speak. I have no idea what you're asking.

I think what you're asking is about the timeline and waiting. If I understand correctly, you got your AOR in September, and your case was transferred to the New Delhi Visa Office on 1 November.

You are still within the 12-month processing window and it's anyone's guess as to how long it will take. Perhaps you can order your GCMS notes to see what's being done on your file right now. Seems to me it's all within normal processing times, though.
