there should be an update on your ecas if there's a test invite

After you get the AOR you can check you ECAS and you choose first option UCI and enter the number on your PR card which looks like this 0000-0000

What about GMCS notes, when is the right time to ask for that ? also, when you pay the 5$ fees for that, is it a permanent access ? or everytime you have to pay this fees ? also how long does it take after you apply for GMCS to get them ?

If you are in Canada, you can get it for $5, and it is one-time update till the date you made the request on. It takes 30-35 days to get it.
