.I seek the advice of the experts to guide me for future action. I applied for renewal of PR Card in March 2018 with a hope to get the new card before I go to India in July 2018. The card was to expire in first week of June 2018. I went to India in July 2018.I applied for PRTD in June 2019 & the same was received in end of August 2019.I travelled to Canada in SEPT.2019. In mean time IRCC wanted photo copies of passports . They were sent before dead line in last week of Sept2019. After about 15 days I got a mail that my PR was cancelled in August 2019..I did not receive any intimation prior to it regarding cancellation of PR. I made an appeal & same was allowed. .My question is whether I am to apply fresh or my earlier application will be considered for renewal of PR. Thanks

It sounds like your application for a PRTD was approved, so it's not clear why your "PR was cancelled" or what your "appeal" involved. Did you meet your residency obligation? And what are you trying to apply for now?

Keep in mind PR status is different from a PR card. You remain a PR even if your card expires.

What is going on with you appeal? If you qualify for PR you can cancel your appeal and reapply.

Thanks Sir. My appeal has been allowed. .In mean time IRCC has issued me a temporary PR CARD till Feb2021.Am I apply again or my earlier application before appeal will be considered

Your time in Canada after the appeal does not count towards your RO at the moment so applying is not an option. If you retain your PR the days in Canada after your appeal will count towards your RO. My suggestion is find a full-time job and become very active in your community.

The PRTD was approved in August 2019 & I travelled to Canada in SEP2019 while my application for PR renewal was in process. In NOV.2019 I was informed that my PRTD was rejected in August 2019..This I could not under stand. I made an appeal against the decision of August 2019 & same was allowed. Will they consider my application for renewal submitted earlier or I have to apply fresh.

You know why. Based on your previous posts you only were in Canada for 718 during 5 years. What will be considered is your post recent denial and appeal. Your time in Canada since August 2019 does not count towards your RO unless your PR card renewal is approved.

So your PRTD was initially approved in August 2019, then "rejected in August 2019" in November, because it was issued solely based off you being in Canada at some point in the previous year?

Anyways, if you successfully appealed against this, you should remain in Canada until you meet your residency obligation and apply for a new PR card then.
