Hi All

I have applied for PR under FSW-O category through EE. Below are my timelines

AOR - 10th May
IP1/Med Passed - 19th May (No movement from here)
V0 - CIO Sydney

I had ordered GCMS notes 2 months back and I could see that agent has marked my eligibility as "Not met" as he was not convinced with Reference letters which I got from my supervisors for 3 of my past employers, however he considered 2.4 years of my current experience for my current company as I could provide them with Job Responsibility over Company Letter Head.

I am afraid that this doesn't result in rejection. I have uploaded reference letters for my past employers on their letter heads through CSE.

1. Does "Not met" here means that they are going to reject my application?(For most of the people they mark it as Review Required)

2. Does rejection happens after 6 months as I completed my 6 months few days before?

Request all senior members to throw some light on this.

You will most likely get a procedural fairness letter from visa officer to provide more evidence than an outright rejection.

Hey, besides the 2.4 years experience, didn't you provide the other experience's reference letter on company letterhead at first place?

I did provide reference letters for all my job stints, although they were affidavits and not the reference letters from past employers. This time I have got reference letters, more detailed one, from two of the employers. They have acknowledged the same as I had submitted them 1 month back through CSE.

Thanks for the revert. I have submitted more detailed reference letters, and this time on respective company's letterhead. This was done a month before and I have received ack from IRCC regarding the receipt of new docs.

Anything else I can do? What do you think are my chances to get through?

Hey I have the same issue
I submitted job duties attachment received from one of my previous employers
This makes my total experience 37 months as per the agent’s understanding
For other employers I have not received any duites but only position is mentioned

Any update on your application?
