Yes, you need to send it to Buffalo office and i saw the response from them also very fast that they do not have my case in Buffalo and my case is inside Canada.

I was confused so i send a question to both the office and i got reply from Ottawa first then after 15 min i got reply from Buffalo

Hello

I had sent my file to buffalo office and never got any thing saying its being moved so I presume it's still there


Now my application says its in process since jan 24th. Any idea of the buffalo address to I can email them
