Status has not changed for CAQ

Hi guys. I had applied for my caq a lil more than a week ago and my documents got there through dhl on the 7th of August. Today is the 14th and when i access my file through the online website, it still doesn't show that they have received the documents ??? what does this mean? I mean shouldn't they have updated the status by now, or do they take their time in doing so?

They will update the status after three weeks of receiving the documents and it is clearly written in their website

They usually inform you in 4-5 days about your approval on website as well as through e-mail. A formal letter reaches you after ~15 days. In the meantime they send your approval to the consulate too.

i faced the same problem.....

My courier service (Fedex) had notified me within 36 hours that my consignment had been received by the receiver but the Immigration Quebec notified me after 5-6 days....

The good thing was that they have specified a timeline of 20 days + courier time on their website, but i got my CAQ in a total of 10 days (including those first 5-6 days where they had not notified me)

Don't worry you will get it in time, CAQ is not a big deal
