status changed to IN Process......without change details inside...

Like alot of furm menbers ...My address has beed disappear scince 27th of January.
But,In 2nd of April My E-status changed to IN Process......without change details inside...and also without receiving MR.

Whate do you think about this situation?
By the way I belong to Cairo VO and I received my PER last May 2011.

I do not have a explanation.

I am in the same situation since 3 weeks after I got my PER.
Status "In process" with PER details inside.

Its seems to me its a new definition for IN process status,Before meant we sent the MR ro you aready.But,Now its mean we right now begin to process you file and the MR will be the next step.
