Hi,

Being primary applicant, I updated 'yes' to the statuatory question for previous EE rejection and also updated the details.
My spouse doesn't have any travel history and no visa rejections other than our PR application. he is a dependant applicant. So, under his Statuatory question should I say yes or no. Am confused. Please help me.

It's always safe to answer yes; in fact, he was considered an applicant included in that refused EE application of yours.
