Last WP request : Mar/2025 - still waiting
MP support request again : No response
ATIP request for WP : 62 days - no response
ATIP request for PR : 34 days - no response
IRCC consulting calling : "The officer is working hard to complete. There's nothing to do, just wait."

I'm preparing for Mandamus but I'm not sure if will be safe to or not. Technically, it shouldn't bring problems but ...

I don’t think Mandamus will have any negative effect, at least you will get clarity as to where your file stands when IRCC responds to mandamus with an affidavit spelling out or justifying the delay

Nobody can precisely predict how it will affect SUVs, but I am almost certain that it will. The IRCC will not allocate only 350 spots for a program that has a backlog of more than 45,000 (which means it will take more than 128 years to clear the backlog). Unless they have a plan to significantly reduce the existing backlog, they will not allocate those spots.
