Guys just getting a bit frustrated or confused you may say.... whats going around does anybody know? Is IRCC processing cases or not? what to expect.
Just to brief i received my Pre Arrival Services letter mid February 2025, since then no progress on my case, the status currently shows
Medical: empty (i suppose thats because it expired)
Background Check says: We are processing your background check
So what to expect and by when! Any body could enlighten me.

Yes its on the priority list and all the co-founders got the PAL.

Yes, you absolutely should. It is very likely that you are just stuck at the security check stage. I've heard that for some nationalities (like Iran or China) and backgrounds (any affiliation with the military), the security check could take more than 1 year, while normally it takes just 2-3 months. You can use something like visafile.info ($25 usd) or you can do it yourself, someone has shared instructions here a couple of months ago.

Another reason might be that the annual PR limit for the SUV category (~2000) is already reached. If you order the notes and see that you passed all the stages including the security and background checks, then we all fucked. Those who have a priority and got their PALs this year, will wait for the decision 1-3 more years (if the limits are not changed).
