This is Mrs faisal from Pakistan, I want to know entry point the very first point to start immigration process, we both are software graduates and we have above 6 years experience in web development, project management and all. So in which category we have to apply? And are we eligible for express entry ? What are initial steps we have to take please any one can guide.

But in this test they have not written the software graduates and when I do it it says you are.not eligible for express entry??

Have you taken IELTS exam? That's the first step. You also need to get your education evaluated by WES or some other authorized agency.

All Engineers (skilled workers except from Canada) can apply through Federal Skilled Worker Program.

You are more than eligible for express entry. You can apply under federal skilled worker category since web developers etc is skill type A. You all need to get your education assessed by a chosen eca provider. WES and CES are my recommendations. Also take the IELTS exam. After this submit your express entry profile and wait for the next draw to receive an ITA.
