Stamped passport - IEC changing from work permit to visitor application

Hi all,

Currently work permit for iec participation expires 21st jan 2021, have a stamp on my UK passport indicating 23rd jan 2021 as date of leave for current IEC and my work permit expires on the 21st jan 2021. Am submitting application this evening to change status to visitor for remaining few months.

Just confirming this stamp will have no impact as have had varying answers?
