Stages after PR submission is done

Hi All,

I have submitted my PR application a month back, as so far the only update I got is "Medical exam is passed". can anyone suggest me what are the next steps/updates that I can expect ? also it will be great if you can mention the approximate time frames for the relative stages of clearance on the application.
