Sorry buddy. I can't see the retention period. my last ATIP was from Jan 2015 before the preliminary review completed, just after the file was assigned to officer and then I have the current from may 2015 after it was approved.

thanks

Thats fine, but in case you get a chance the "retention period" field and "priority" field are where the "location" field is where you saw Pilot Decision - Ready, but this must have been mentioned in your jan Atip not on your current one.

Re: @ St Clair-RQ-Preliminary review completed, referred to level 2 decision maker

Have requested for Atip so I will be getting mine sometime in the 1st week of July.

Corrected the dates...also my file was trf from Mississauga to St Clair on Oct 27, 2014.

Also, I am short 48 days.

Re: @ St Clair-RQ-Preliminary review completed, referred to level 2 decision maker

Thanks you mean that you applied 48 days lest 1095 days required..

if this is the case I hope officer will mercy you and grant citizenship as

almost sufficient time pass since you apply.

Good luck expecting a CIC officer to show mercy :)

No hearing required according to my ATIP.

Also, in my interview with the officer after my test he said the time shouldn't be an issue especially since Ive lived in Canada since 2004. AND when I call the CCC in May I got a really nice gentleman (first in all my years dealing with CIC) that told me based on the notes on my file things look good and they dont need additional information ...also based on the decision made...if it is positive I should have everything sorted out before the end of summer.

Will keep you guys posted.

ps: will order another ATIP June 15th

Re: @ St Clair-RQ-Preliminary review completed, referred to level 2 decision maker

I get new ATIP next Friday . (June 12)
I submitted the request after I was told that my file is handed over to level II and currently being reviewed on May 1st.
i am sure there has to be a notation in regards to level II officer . Since it was submitted 22 days ago , new ATIP might not reflect any approval or grant decision , but at least would reveal more information on level II processing .

the preliminary review was completed back in February 18.

Re: @ St Clair-RQ-Preliminary review completed, referred to level 2 decision maker

I have contact CIC and got the following info.

-File transfered from ST.Clair to Scarborough April 7, 2014.

-Security clearance renew last week.

-waiting to arrange interview (as test not needed ) by Scarborough office ??

Any one have similar situation and have idea how long it will take.

My case is 41 months old.

Re: @ St Clair-RQ-Preliminary review completed, referred to level 2 decision maker

Here is my timeline

Local Office: Mississauga
April 2012: Application received
Feb 2013: Test (RQ was given right after interview)
March 2013: RQ returned
August 2014: File transferred to St. Claire (not sure why it took 18 months for local office to transfer it)
Jan 2015: Officer assigned (as per ATIP)
Feb 2015: RQ-Preliminary review completed, referred to level 2 decision maker

My latest ATIP which was ordered in late April shows no progress. However, I called CIC and they told me that in early May it was assigned to an officer at level 2. I hope this review is faster.
