hello good day, my parents are asked to do sputum test during upfront medicals, i am wondering if i should wait for the results before filing visa application(super visa), or should i go ahead and file it while waiting for results, P.S its weird that physicians are already prescribing septum test without IRCC involvement. please let me know, your response will be appreciated

Previously dad had a minor TB around 40 years back, they did medical there is no sign or marks in x-ray. They requested for sputum test.
What are the implications on visa?Anyone had such experience with previous TB history?
