Hi - If there are no points for spouse's foreign work experience, is it ok NOT to mention the same while creating the profile? Just want to avoid the hassle for employer's reference letter without any benefit in terms of points.

If you don't intend to use your spouse's work experience for points, you don't have to mention it

You can skip it in Work history, however you must mention it in Personal history in order to avoid misrepresentation, in this case you will not need to provide any reference letter for spouse.
