Spouse's work experience points are missing

Hi,

I've just reopened my Express Entry profile since my previous one expired a few weeks ago.
However, I found out that the points for my wife's work experience (2+ years as a retail store manager & 2+ years as a key holder (supervisor) under spouse open work permit, No LMIA) are missing.
In the previous profile, 7 points were added for her work experience and now, it's 0 in the current profile.
I am wondering if this happened because of the NOC system change..?
Does anyone know what caused this situation?
How can I reclaim the 7 points back?
