Hello, my question is about SOWP. My fiancé just finished his Post graduation and applied for open work permit, we are planning to get married once his application gets approved, can I apply for Swop or Visit visa which is better( I’m in India) as he don’t have A,B, O. Certified jobs
*He is working for full time as a janitor.
* I finished my Post graduate diploma from Montreal and came back to India as I got rejected for my work permit. Considering these 2 points
Please suggest me how to apply and what are the documents needed to apply. Thanks in advance.

You cannot apply for a SOWP. He needs to be holding a NOC A, B or 0 job in order for you to apply for a SOWP.

You can only apply for a TRV.

No - you can't.

Again, for you to qualify for a SOWP, he needs to have a NOC A, B or 0 job.
