Spouse work permit Help needed

Hello,

I currently working in Canada on PGWP and my spouse is in Pakistan and finishing her last semester of bachelors degree.

Can someone please guide me how I can apply her open work permit while she is not in Canada. Which forms do I need to fill and what are the checklist. I am very worried about this matter .Someone please give me an expert guide.

Can someone also tell me a procedure how I can apply if she live outside Canada ? Should I apply online or she would apply from outside Canada by herself and I give my all documents to her ?

Just want to asked if any of you had experienced to apply TRV or working visa at VFS manila?my question is are they going to send email once the application is approved?
