I have a work permit from my employer till 12 Aug 2010.
Applied for my Wifes OPEN WORK PERMIT and she got one which is till 12 Aug 2010.
My Employer asked me to extend my work permit for two years and the extension has been submitted to the attorney.
it will take around 100 days for approval.
I have not applied for my wifes Open WP Extension due to some confusion.
Is it possible to Apply for her Open WP extension while my WP extension is in progress.
Please suggest. Thanks for your help!
