I am planning to apply online spouse visitor visa. I have a confusion weather to go for online and keeping location as Chandigarh or go for paper application at New delhi center (which is bigger and handle more application)?
Generally CIC defines time line for a country like for India Visitor VISA will be granted in 30 days. But they doesn't specifies center time lines. i.e. processing time at non metro will be higher than a metro one. Please advice?
